How often do teams practice and how long do they last?
Each team will practice once a week for 2 hours 

Where will the teams practice?
Practices are held at Smith Lake Park in North Stafford or the Elks Lodge in Fredericksburg depending on where you live and team placement 

When will the games be played and where?
All games will be played at the Elks Lodge on Saturdays/Sundays with potential make up games on a different day if needed.  NOTE: Most games will be scheduled on Saturdays however, currently there is one scheduled Sunday game day on November 3rd. 

What is included with my registration fee?
Registration fee includes a 2 hour practice a week, at 8 games, plus playoffs and pro bowl games, reversible NFL Jersey, and flags

What age groups do you offer?
We offer ages 5-17. The traditional age cut off is August 1 of the current year. Our divisions are 6u, 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, 17u. Players may be moved up or down depending on league needs and players skill levels.

Can you request to play with a buddy?
When you register, there is an area to request to play with a buddy. In addition, , complete teams can be brought to the program. 

Are there player assessments?
Prior to the start of the season, the league will host a few player assessments which will assess their abilities to run, catch, throw, and play defense. The assessments are not tryouts as everyone can play in the league. The assessments are used to balance the teams to create a positive experience for all. 

Do you have a travel program?
Yes, we have a travel program that is separate from the Champions Flag Football League. The travel program includes additional practices and regional tournament play and are formed by invitation only. Please contact Dell Robinson at [email protected] for additional details.
